Summary
This study tested whether a dietary supplement called NatureU Burn, made from African mango seed extract and inulin, can increase feelings of fullness after a sugary drink. Fourteen healthy adults took either glucose alone or glucose plus the supplement, then rated their fullness and hunger over four hours. The goal was to see if the supplement could help control appetite, which might be useful for weight management.
