New drug trial opens for patients with advanced cancers
NCT ID NCT06943521
Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new drug called MT-4561 in people with various advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard treatment options. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for any early signs that it might help control the cancer. The study will start by testing different dose levels in a small group of patients to monitor for side effects.
