NCT ID NCT06623669
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a 6-month mobile program can help 200 older adults (65+) with knee or hip arthritis pain become more active, lose weight, and feel less pain. Participants will join weekly group or individual coaching calls and track their steps. After the program, they will try to keep up the healthy habits on their own for another 12 months. The goal is to see if this approach improves daily steps, pain, and physical function better than usual care.
