Summary
This study tests a mobile app called 'Applícate por tu salud' that sends parents tips, recipes, and videos to encourage healthy eating and physical activity for their school-aged children. About 743 children from 4 primary schools in Mexico City will take part, with some schools using the app and others serving as a control group. The goal is to see if the app can help prevent overweight and obesity by improving breakfast and lunch habits over 12 months.
