Summary
This study tests if a mobile app for parents can help prevent overweight and obesity in school children aged 5-11 in Mexico City. About 743 children from four schools will take part; some parents get the app, others don't. The app gives tips on healthy eating and physical activity, and researchers will track children's weight and eating habits for two years.
