Summary
This study tested a new experimental drug called MMV367 in 12 healthy adults. Participants were intentionally infected with a controlled, low-level malaria infection to see how well the drug works and how safe it is. The goal was to measure how the body processes the drug and how quickly it clears the malaria parasites from the blood.
