This study tests whether mirabegron (a bladder medication) and tadalafil (used for erectile dysfunction) can improve blood sugar control in people with prediabetes and obesity. About 96 adults will take one or both drugs or a placebo for 14 weeks. The goal is to see if these drugs can reverse prediabetes and improve glucose metabolism.
