Could a bladder drug and an ED drug together beat prediabetes?

Summary
This study tests whether two approved drugs, mirabegron and tadalafil, can improve how the body handles sugar in people with prediabetes and obesity. About 96 adults will take one or both drugs or a placebo for 14 weeks. The goal is to see if these drugs can reverse prediabetes and improve blood sugar control.
