Summary
This study tested an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction program in 84 infertile women. The goal was to see if it could lower perceived stress, anxiety, depression, and levels of the stress hormone cortisol. Participants were randomly assigned to the program or a control group, and their stress and hormone levels were measured before, after, and at a 12-week follow-up.
