Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week online mindfulness program could help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in women dealing with infertility. Researchers enrolled 84 women and randomly assigned them to either the mindfulness course or a standard care group. They measured stress levels, mood, and a stress hormone (cortisol) in saliva to see if the program made a difference.
