Summary

This trial tests whether combining a video game exercise program (Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure) with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can reduce depression and anxiety in breast cancer survivors. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to the combined program, ACT alone, or usual care. Researchers will measure changes in mood, quality of life, and certain blood markers over 20 weeks.
