Summary
This study tests whether a magnesium supplement called Magnesium-L-Threonate can improve sleep quality and reduce pain in 64 adults after total knee or hip replacement surgery. Participants will take the supplement or a placebo and report changes in sleepiness and sleep quality. The goal is to find a simple way to help people recover more comfortably.
