Summary

This study followed 167 primary care patients with mental health issues like anxiety, depression, or sleep problems. Researchers used health conversations and a tool called the health curve to help improve lifestyle habits and checked a blood marker called copeptin. The goal was to see if these conversations could lower the risk of heart problems and death over up to 20 years.
