Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called MedlyPeds that lets children with heart disease send their weight, blood pressure, and heart rate to their doctors from home. The app also asks about symptoms and sends personalized tips. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helpful for patients, parents, and doctors. Up to 30 children aged 8-18 with various heart conditions will use the app for 3 months.
