Summary
This study looked at whether eating the same number of calories at different times of day affects weight, body fat, and metabolism in people with obesity. Thirty-eight adults were given all their meals and snacks to eat either during the daytime or later in the day. The goal was to understand how meal timing might influence body weight and energy use.
