Can a famous diet really help you lose weight and keep it off?
NCT ID NCT06862375
Summary
This study is testing how well the Mayo Clinic Diet works for helping people lose a significant amount of weight (more than 5%) and keep it off for up to a year, compared to their usual routine. Researchers will follow 250 adults with a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher. They will also look at how easy the diet is to stick with, how it changes body composition, and if it improves quality of life.
