NCT ID NCT06408597

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two drugs, mannitol and nitroglycerin, given during robotic prostate or bladder surgery to prevent acute kidney injury. The surgery can reduce blood flow to the kidneys, and these drugs may help protect them. 90 adults with normal or mildly reduced kidney function are taking part.
