First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether taking magnesium supplements while doing spinning (indoor cycling) training can improve heart function, reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, and boost aerobic capacity. Healthy men aged 18 to 30 will be assigned to spinning with or without magnesium for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in fitness, blood markers, and heart function to see if magnesium enhances the benefits of exercise.
