Summary

This early-stage study looks at whether giving magnesium sulfate soon after a cardiac arrest is safe and practical for protecting the brain. Researchers will enroll 178 adults who had a cardiac arrest and had their heartbeat restored. The main goal is to see if the treatment can be given quickly and to gather data for a future, larger study.
