New targeted drug shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called LY4052031 in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including bladder, breast, lung, and other cancers. The drug is designed to target and attack cancer cells while sparing healthy ones. The trial has two parts: first to find the safest dose, then to see how well it shrinks tumors. About 420 participants will take part, and the study will last up to 4 years.
