This study follows 320 people who had omega gastric bypass surgery 10 years ago to compare long-term side effects between two surgical techniques (150 cm vs 200 cm loop). Researchers will check for serious complications, nutritional problems, and weight loss. The goal is to determine which method is safer over the long term.
