Summary
This study looks at people with Long COVID who have new chest pain but no blocked arteries. It tests whether a special heart function test can guide treatment to improve symptoms and quality of life. 108 participants will be randomly assigned to either treatment guided by the test or standard care, and their progress will be tracked for 12 months.
