Summary
This study tests whether lidocaine or magnesium sulfate helps keep blood pressure and heart rate steady as women wake up from anesthesia during laparoscopic fertility surgery. About 69 women will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two drugs or a placebo. The goal is to find which option leads to a smoother, safer recovery with fewer side effects like pain or nausea.
