New heart pacing method tested against standard therapy in 850 patients

Summary
This study compares a newer pacing method (Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing) with the standard cardiac resynchronization therapy for people with heart failure. About 850 adults with moderate to severe heart failure will take part. The goal is to see if the newer method reduces death, need for heart transplant, or heart-related complications.
