Summary
This phase 2 trial compares a new type of radiation called LATTICE radiotherapy with standard palliative radiation for people who have large metastatic tumors (over 2.5 cm). The LATTICE method delivers a very high dose to the center of the tumor while keeping lower doses to the surrounding area. The study will enroll 80 patients and measure how much the tumor shrinks 90 days after treatment.
