Summary
This study is testing a new type of radiation therapy called lattice radiation (LRT) for people with large cancer tumors that have spread to soft tissues. It compares LRT to standard radiation to see which is better at shrinking tumors and attracting immune cells to fight the cancer. The goal is to improve treatment for advanced cancers that are difficult to control.
