Less numbing medicine may work just as well for knee surgery pain

Summary

This study tested whether using 10 mL or 20 mL of numbing medicine around the knee after replacement surgery could reduce the need for strong painkillers. 120 adults having knee replacement took part. The goal was to see if the smaller dose works just as well, with less medication and similar pain control.
