Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether an 800 mg modified-release ibuprofen tablet can reduce chronic knee pain from osteoarthritis better than a placebo. About 500 adults with knee osteoarthritis will take either the long-acting ibuprofen or a placebo daily for 12 weeks.
