This trial compares three doses of dexamethasone (4 mg, 8 mg, and 16 mg) given during total knee replacement surgery to see which one best reduces pain, opioid use, and nausea after the operation. Adults having a primary knee replacement and staying at least one night in the hospital are eligible.
