Vitamin e in knee implants: a Long-Term showdown
NCT ID NCT04618016
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two kinds of plastic used in total knee replacement surgery: one with vitamin E and one without. The goal is to see which one lasts longer, causes less wear, and helps patients move better. About 605 adults with knee arthritis or similar problems took part, and they will be followed for many years to check how well their new knees work.
