Which knee replacement works best? study tracks recovery for two years

NCT ID NCT02364011

Summary

This study compared four different knee replacement implants to see which ones help patients recover strength, balance, and mobility best after surgery. Researchers followed 120 adults with knee arthritis for two years, measuring how well they could walk, climb stairs, and stand up. The goal was to identify which surgical approach leads to the best long-term function and to understand what factors predict a full recovery.
