Summary

This study tests two different ways to numb the back of the knee after total knee replacement surgery. Both methods are combined with a standard front-of-thigh block. The goal is to see which approach leads to better overall recovery, less pain, and less need for strong painkillers. About 74 adults having knee replacement will take part.
