NCT ID NCT06245109

First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at 180 adults with knee osteoarthritis to see if brain scans, knee MRIs, and pain tests can predict who will get good pain relief from duloxetine, celecoxib, or a placebo. Participants take one of these treatments for about 20 weeks and complete pain ratings, questionnaires, and optional imaging. The goal is to match people with the most effective treatment based on their individual brain and pain profiles.
