Summary

This study tested a diclofenac gel (AMZ001) applied once daily to the knee in 549 adults with knee osteoarthritis. The gel was compared to a placebo over 6 weeks. The main goal was to see if it reduced pain and stiffness better than placebo after 2 weeks. Results showed improvement in pain scores.
