New study: supplement and exercise combo may reduce knee pain

Summary
This study looks at whether adding a dietary supplement to an exercise program helps people with knee osteoarthritis feel less pain and move better. About 93 adults with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis will be split into three groups: supplement alone, supplement plus exercise, or placebo plus exercise. Researchers will compare pain, stiffness, physical function, and quality of life over 12 weeks.
