Summary

This study tested a single injection of a new drug (SAR446959) in the knees of 32 adults aged 45-65 with osteoarthritis. The main goal was to check safety and side effects, not to prove it works. Participants were followed for about 28 weeks to monitor any reactions and how the drug moved through the body.
