Summary
This early-stage study tested a single injection of a new drug (SAR446959) into the knee joint of 32 adults aged 45-65 with knee osteoarthritis. The main goal was to check safety and how the drug moves in the body, not to prove it works. Participants were monitored for about 6 months for side effects and drug levels.
