Summary
This study tests a minimally invasive treatment for chronic knee pain from osteoarthritis or after knee replacement. Doctors guide a thin tube to knee arteries and inject a temporary agent to reduce blood flow to inflamed tissue. The goal is to see if this procedure safely reduces pain and improves knee function over 24 months. The study enrolls 20 adults aged 40-80 who haven't gotten enough relief from standard treatments.
