Summary
This study investigates whether low-dose radiation therapy (LDRT) can reduce pain and improve function in people with osteoarthritis of the hips, knees, hands, shoulders, ankles, or elbows. Participants who have not responded to standard treatments will receive one or two courses of LDRT and report their pain and well-being over a year. The goal is to see if this old technique, used cautiously, can offer relief and possibly delay the need for joint replacement.

Inclusion Criteria: * 18 years or older * Diagnosis of OA \>3 months in hips, knees, hands, shoulders, ankles or elbows. * Refractory to standard of care therapies for OA or those who are being considered for more aggressive interventional treatment such as joint replacement, but more conservative treatment is desired. * Provision of signed and dated informed consent. Exclusion Criteria: * Unable to reasonably complete study instruments.
