Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called Kiso Mind is acceptable and helpful for people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. About 60 participants will either use the app plus their usual care, or just usual care, for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and may improve symptoms and daily functioning.
