New laser tech may speed up kidney stone surgery

Summary

This study compares two laser techniques (Moses 2.0 with and without pulse modulation) for breaking up kidney and ureteral stones during surgery. About 150 adults with stones 6-20 mm will be treated to see which method shortens operating time and improves stone clearance. The goal is to make the procedure more efficient and effective.
