Summary

This study tests whether a ketone ester supplement, taken three times a day for 12 weeks, can improve heart function in people with heart failure. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to receive the supplement or a placebo. Heart function will be measured using cardiac MRI at the start and end of the study.
