Summary

This study looks at whether a ketogenic diet can increase the number of calories your body burns each day and help manage hunger during weight loss maintenance. Researchers will enroll 20 adults with obesity who have lost weight. Participants will stay in a special room that measures their energy use and report their feelings of hunger and fullness.
