First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests two treatments—isotretinoin (an acne medication) and hCG (a hormone therapy)—to see which better helps men with low or no sperm count produce moving sperm. About 100 men aged 19 to 50 will take one treatment for three months. The goal is to find new options for male infertility when standard treatments fail.
