Can ancient yoga and modern education ease Survivors' struggle?
NCT ID NCT06633926
Summary
This study is testing whether two different wellness programs are practical and acceptable for breast cancer survivors who have finished their main treatment but still have a low quality of life. About 108 survivors will try either a multi-part program with yoga, nutrition advice, and therapeutic touch, or a self-guided online health education course. The main goal is to see if people can stick with the programs and find them helpful, not to prove which one works better.
