No-Implant heart shunt could ease failure symptoms

Summary
This early study tests a device that creates a small opening between the upper chambers of the heart to relieve pressure and improve symptoms in people with heart failure. About 20 adults with moderate to severe heart failure will receive the procedure. The main goal is to check if the device is safe to use.
