NCT ID NCT06635980

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a shorter course of radiation (hypofractionated radiotherapy) given either before or after breast surgery for non-metastatic breast cancer. The goal is to see if giving radiation before surgery reduces side effects and treatment time while still being effective. About 120 adults with early-stage breast cancer will participate, and researchers will compare side effects between the two timing approaches.
