Summary
This study looks at whether a simple breathing technique called heart rate variability biofeedback (HRVB) can help adults recovering from opioid use disorder. About 24 people in a residential treatment program will practice daily breathing exercises for 3 weeks using a portable device. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and liked by participants, and if it helps with stress, emotions, and cravings.
