First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 30, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This Phase 1 study in 40 overweight or obese adults examined how a new drug called HRS-7535 interacts with four common medications: acetaminophen (pain reliever), digoxin (heart medication), rosuvastatin (cholesterol drug), and omeprazole (acid reflux treatment). Participants took HRS-7535 alone and then with each other drug to measure changes in drug levels in the blood. The goal was to see if dose adjustments are needed when combining these medicines.
