Major study launches to track Diabetes-Obesity link in hong kong

Summary

This study aims to create a detailed health register to understand how diabetes and obesity together affect people's long-term health. It will follow 800 adults in Hong Kong with both conditions, conducting thorough health checks at the start and again after 3 years. The main goal is to track how often serious complications like heart, kidney, eye, and nerve problems develop over time.
