Summary

This study is creating a registry of 800 adults aged 18–50 with type 2 diabetes and obesity (diabesity) in Hong Kong. Participants receive health checks at the start and again after 3 years to track complications like eye, kidney, and heart problems. The goal is to better understand how diabesity progresses over time, not to test a new treatment.
