Sound waves plus chemo may slow liver tumors in colorectal cancer

Summary
This study tests if adding a non-invasive sound wave treatment called histotripsy to standard chemotherapy can help people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. About 100 adults whose liver tumors cannot be removed by surgery will receive both treatments. The goal is to see if this combination improves how long the cancer stays under control.
