This study tests whether adding a non-invasive sound wave treatment (histotripsy) to standard chemotherapy can help people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. About 100 adults whose cancer cannot be removed by surgery will receive both treatments. The goal is to see if the combination improves how long the cancer stays under control.
