Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new immune cell therapy for people with recurrent or treatment-resistant malignant glioma, a type of brain cancer. The treatment uses the patient's own T cells, modified in the lab to recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects in 29 participants.
