Summary
This study tests a new computer tool that gives doctors personalized reminders when prescribing heart failure medications. The goal is to see if tailoring alerts to each doctor's past prescribing habits leads to more patients getting the right drugs. About 764 doctors from cardiology and primary care clinics are taking part. The tool is designed to reduce irrelevant information and improve prescribing of key heart failure medicines.
