Summary

This study tests a dual GIP/GLP-1 drug (a type of diabetes medication) in 120 adults in Kazakhstan who have both chronic heart failure and type 2 diabetes. Participants take the drug for 40 weeks and have regular heart tests, blood work, and genetic checks.
